Scholarly Articles

Meredith’s articles are archived through the Portland State University Library. They are also accessible via Google Scholar and have been downloaded over 3,000 times from countries all over the world, including South Africa, the United Kingdom, India, Indonesia, South Korea, and Canada.

Notable examples of her scholarly writing include thought-provoking essays on decoupling design processes from materialist aims, and instead linking them towards more equitable and sustainable values, as in “Advancing Design Thinking Towards a Better Understanding of Self and Others,” published in one of Europe’s leading design research journals, Form Akademic.
